How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your PAWN RADAR account at any time through the app:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to Account Settings
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section
4. Confirm your email address and select Delete My Account

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting us at support@pawnradar.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile and account credentials
• Vendor profiles and all product listings (for vendor accounts)
• eBay connection and OAuth synchronization tokens (for vendor accounts)
• All conversations and messages
• Reviews you have written
• Notifications and saved preferences

What Is Retained

Certain records are retained in anonymized form as required by law:

• Transaction records: Orders and payment history are retained for financial and tax compliance.
• Quote approvals and hold records: Retained for dispute resolution and fraud prevention.
• Vendor-side customer reviews: Anonymized but retained as part of vendor business records.

These records are anonymized — your email address and personal identifiers are removed — but the transaction data itself is preserved as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. Retained records are anonymized at the time of deletion and permanently purged after the legally required retention period (typically 3–7 years depending on record type).

Recovery

Account deletion is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account, listings, or message history after deletion. If you wish to use PAWN RADAR again, you will need to create a new account.
