Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PAWN RADAR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PAWN RADAR is an online marketplace connecting buyers with local pawn shops. The Service allows users to browse inventory, request quotes, communicate with vendors, and complete transactions. PAWN RADAR facilitates connections but is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You can delete your account at any time through Account Settings. See our Account Deletion page for details.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and the quality and legality of items sold. Vendors must hold all required licenses, including FFL licenses for firearms transactions where applicable.

5. Transactions

Transactions occur directly between buyers and vendors. PAWN RADAR is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold. Payment terms are agreed upon between buyer and vendor. PAWN RADAR facilitates premium subscription payments and boosted listing fees through Base44 Payments.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Selling stolen, counterfeit, or illegal items
• Misrepresenting item condition, authenticity, or ownership
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to circumvent payment or subscription systems

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

PAWN RADAR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any transactions conducted through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, certain data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
